The challenge
Logistics operations run on thousands of e-mails and documents a day — commercial invoices, bills of lading, customs forms — that were being read, renamed and filed by hand.
What we built
A modular Spring Boot (Kotlin) backend with an Angular front end and a Python OCR service. Documents are classified, extracted and filed automatically; AI agents with tool integrations handle routine follow-ups under human review. Contract-first APIs, enforced coverage and a Jenkins pipeline with full end-to-end suites keep every change safe.
What changed
Document handling moved out of inboxes into a searchable, auditable system, with the repetitive work automated and every step covered by tests.
